Networking to Build A strong Downline

Planning The Networking Process

In order to ensure maxium effectiveness of the networking process, it is essential that networkerd thoroughly plan at two different levels:
1. Macroplanning level
2. Microplanning level

Macroplanning refers to the overall planning of the preliminary steps that lead to the point of making effective networking phone calls. Such planning include the initial research phase used to identify specific target markets, the type of people who you want in your network including the skills that they will need to be a part of your network. The second component involves the identification and prioritization of the networker's primary social and business contacts that will be used to successfully gain access to targeted high rollers in the network marketing field.

Microplanning on the other hand, entails the detailed, advanced planning of each individual networking contact before it is made. It involves, among other things, an analysis of the networking contact's specific ability to contribute to your network and serves as the basis for formulating specific networking call objectives as an integral part of your networking strategy.

Macro Level Planning
Taking a radom or haphazard approach to employment networking can have serious consequences for the networker. It is critical to successful networking that people become very methodical and purposeful in their approach to networking.

Macro level planning is the first step in the networking planning process. It is macroplanning that serves to put in place the key building blocks essential to getting full mileage out of the networking process. There are six steps to such planning:
1. Identification of target market
2. Identification of target skills of prospects
3. Determination of how you want your network to run
4. Determination of your skills and talents you are willing to make available
5. Identification of high rollers in the MLM industry
6. Prioritation of those contacts.
Use this list to flesh out your plann and next time we will go over indetail how to put this list to work.
