Self Development Is Critical to MLM Success

Most of us tend to have challenges when attempting to do something new. This is especially true when you are trying to promote or brand yourself to other MLM leads or business prospects. It takes a lot to conquer your own self; you have to learn to deal with the negative and master it. "Don't put up the walls. The same wall that keeps out disappointment keeps out happiness. Take down the walls go for the experience, let it teach you" Jim Rohn - self development author and speaker.
What does it take to realize success, learn mental toughness, and master your own philosophy, the sort of person that people want to pursue and believe in, the leader people look up to and will stand behind. Becoming the successful person that you envision yourself to be takes a combination of things. One, it takes the willingness to change. At some point you have to take a stand against where you are falling short or the areas of life that are giving you the most difficulty and assess the situation. This is easier said than done, but it often is what helps you find the breakthrough instead of the breakdown.
In order to accomplish this, the main uncertainty might be" What is holding me back and what do I have to let go of?" Once this is figured out, the next step is the commitment to work on these areas, create a plan and stick with it until the new positive actions become habit. Whether in MLM or any other occupation, we all have to face this truth if we want to achieve more out of our lives. Secondly, investing in yourself is of utmost importance. Re-directing where your funds goes and channeling it towards learning in the form of seminars, self development courses, and live conferences are all building blocks to success.
A few books I highly recommend to help with becoming success minded are How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie, and The Pursuit: Success is Hidden in the Journey by Dexter Yager. These are two of several books that have had a profound transformation of how I thought and my overall outlook and mind-set towards life. Also I recommend reading as much as you can everyday.
For example, Brian Tracy, a highly successful person in business and a self-help author recommends reading at least an hour in the field you wish to develop in each day. Whether it is in sales, internet marketing, how to recruit MLM leads or any other profession that is important that involves a high level of competition, this is wonderful advice because in a short period of time, you will become the expert in your field.
This is just some basics to getting on track. The reward for implementing these ideas will pay huge dividends and while the bulk of people will probably just quit. Success is yours as long as you do not quit!
Your success Matters!

O2 Breakthrough Part 2

High Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity Foods Yield Anti-aging Properties

Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity (ORAC) is a test tube analysis that measures the total antioxidant power of foods and other chemical substances.
First research reports suggest that eating high-ORAC fruits and vegetables--such as spinach and blueberries--may help slow the aging processes in both body and brain.
ARS Administrator, Floyd P. Horn, states, "If these findings are borne out in further research, young and middle-aged people may be able to reduce risk of diseases of aging--including senility--simply by adding high-ORAC foods to their diets."
The studies revealed high-ORAC foods:
o Raised the antioxidant power of human blood 10 to 25 percent
o Prevented some loss of long-term memory and learning ability in middle-aged rats
o Maintained the ability of brain cells in middle-aged rats to respond to a chemical stimulus--a function that normally decreases with age
o Protected rats' tiny blood vessels--capillaries--against oxygen damage
The health community has long held the thesis that oxidative damage culminates in many of the maladies of aging. The evidence has stimulated sales of antioxidant vitamins. However, the early studies have mixed results.
Nutritionist Ronald L. Prior posits, "If we can show some relationship between ORAC intake and health outcome in people, I think we may reach a point where the ORAC value will become a new standard for good antioxidant protection."
In a second study, men and women had a 13- to 15-percent increase in the antioxidant power of their blood after doubling their daily fruit and vegetable intake compared to what they consumed before the study. Just doubling intake, without regard to ORAC scores of the fruits and vegetables, more than doubled the number of ORAC units the volunteers consumed, Prior said.
While the research jury is still weighing the evidence, one company has hit the market place with a product, few can resist. Xoçai(TM) has capitalized on the natural antioxidant properties of chocolate and combined it with Blueberries and Acai. Acai is a plant with the highest antioxidant rated fruit on earth.
This product is 'a dream come true' for chocolate lovers everywhere. Xoçai(TM) blends the world's best antioxidant ingredients into a delicious dark chocolate beverage, rich dark chocolate nugget, and health-packed chocolate protein bar. They are truly unique! Xoçai(TM) claims a 3,120 ORAC per 12 oz. nugget of dark chocolate. Each Xoçai(TM) protein bar contains an astonishing 4,066 ORAC units! And because Xoçai(TM) is made from whole, natural foods, its antioxidants are in a form your body can easily absorb and use. (ORAC tests conducted by the USDA and Brunswick Laboratories.).
This product seems like the ideal way to 'Have your cake (candy) and eat it too," with healthy benefits of antioxidants and satisfying the chocolate lover's palate.
