Networking to Build A strong Downline

Planning The Networking Process

In order to ensure maxium effectiveness of the networking process, it is essential that networkerd thoroughly plan at two different levels:
1. Macroplanning level
2. Microplanning level

Macroplanning refers to the overall planning of the preliminary steps that lead to the point of making effective networking phone calls. Such planning include the initial research phase used to identify specific target markets, the type of people who you want in your network including the skills that they will need to be a part of your network. The second component involves the identification and prioritization of the networker's primary social and business contacts that will be used to successfully gain access to targeted high rollers in the network marketing field.

Microplanning on the other hand, entails the detailed, advanced planning of each individual networking contact before it is made. It involves, among other things, an analysis of the networking contact's specific ability to contribute to your network and serves as the basis for formulating specific networking call objectives as an integral part of your networking strategy.

Macro Level Planning
Taking a radom or haphazard approach to employment networking can have serious consequences for the networker. It is critical to successful networking that people become very methodical and purposeful in their approach to networking.

Macro level planning is the first step in the networking planning process. It is macroplanning that serves to put in place the key building blocks essential to getting full mileage out of the networking process. There are six steps to such planning:
1. Identification of target market
2. Identification of target skills of prospects
3. Determination of how you want your network to run
4. Determination of your skills and talents you are willing to make available
5. Identification of high rollers in the MLM industry
6. Prioritation of those contacts.
Use this list to flesh out your plann and next time we will go over indetail how to put this list to work.

The Law Of Attraction: What Do You Want?

Old Chinese Proverb: Quieting the chattering mind promotes directed action.

When you focus your thoughts on your Chief Aim (Your major objective in life) and ask yourself, 'Is this situation helping me or hindering me from my main goal?' or 'Is the end result of this situation going to bring me joy?' You will see that your path to success becomes more clearly defined.

Today, I want to concentrate on teaching you how to discover what you want. The key to success in using The Law Of Attraction is how you are feeling at any given moment. If you are feeling great, you will see the greatness all around you. If you are feeling bad and depressed you will see the world as depressing. So the key is to Rejoice in all situations.

Seeing the joy in your situation is quite hard at times. Especially if you're a victim of a natural disaster or just lost your job. I have been there I have weathered major illnesses, lose or home and job, the total exclusion from my family simply because I wanted to share the truth with you. What I did to combat all the depression was to ask, 'Now, that I have a new start, what can I create that would bring me joy?'

So no matter what occurs in life this simple question can set your mind for future success. Now, that I have a new start, what can I create that would bring me joy? This is your foundation. Next, you briefly take a look back at the disaster and ask, 'Did I do something that I need to see so I don't make the same mistake twice?' Now this question is only to get you focused on improvement, never to tear you down. If you lost your job to down sizing you could simply state that you will look more carefully at the company's books before joining, or look more closely at the company's reputation, etc. When it is a sickness there may have been some healthier choices that could allow you to gain a better state of health. So you can see that looking into possible mistakes can help you restore your strength. If you have problems seeing through the disaster I do have coaching one-on-one available. In review, We need to know what we want. The key to gaining a clear picture is discovering what brings you joy. What makes you rejoice? Then have a creator attitude. This means even in disaster you need to focus on the clean slate, the new beginning, the awesome opportunity to start again, etc....

Think in the positive. Seek the support of family and friends who you feel joyful around. Do not seek out those who, when you leave their presence, you feel depressed and downcast or just a little put out. You want people who give an uplifting feeling, who encourage you to seek out what is best for your situation.

The Law of Attraction Works For You

The Law Of Attraction: How to Get What You Want

What people say or do to you is not as important as how you respond to it. The Law of Attraction helps you choose how you respond, and learning how to put that response on automatic. You can train yourself to have the same response that generates positivity and joy no matter what the occassion.

When things go wrong between people, not much else can go right. When you have a bad run in with someone it sets the tone for the rest of the day. We have the ability to change the reaction we in an instant according to the words we use to describe the situation. It all hass to do with the labels we place on situations.

Did you know that there is no bad news or great news. News is netural. It is how you percieve the news that places it in the great or bad category. So the next time you hear 'bad' news try a different adjective to define it. Instead, try to define it as 'doable' or 'managable' or 'opportunity'. Then once you can feel more positive about the news try even more positive adjectives like 'great for business', or 'clean slate' or 'start over' or 'new opportunity for my dreams to come alive'. Try to get where you can feel joy in the news.

I'll give you an example. I loved my mother-in-law. She allowed me to believe the way I wanted to believe. My own family had rejected me because of my beliefs. So, we became close friends. Well, after a long time suffering from hip replacement complications along with other problems she died. My sisters-in-law did not even tell us she died they had a lawyer write us and tell us if we wanted to contest the will to show up at the court on such-n-such date and time. It didn't even say why! We knew though. I was so angry for the lack of courtesy and respect from our family and that I did not even get to say bye to my dear friend. Then later, much later, I decided that being mad at my husband's sisters was not benefitting me at all. It was making me depressed and bitter. So I decided to adjust my thinking. I forgive them. I decided to be grateful for the time I did have with her and the wisdom she passed on and decided to share that experience with my children when they got old enough. Instead of the news being 'devestating' I turned it into at first 'at least she is not suffering' news, then 'remeber when' news, then into 'great' news to 'awesome' news. I did this because it helped me to see and finally understand how awesome her life had made mine.

Everyone can do the same thing. You must first decided that you feel horrible thinking about the news you got as 'bad'. Then you must choose to find a better way to look at it. Thirdly, you can ask some questions:
What is bad about this news?
Why do I think it's bad?
What could I use from this news to add value to my life?
What potential benefits can come from this news?
How can you benefit from this news?
How can you use this news to benefit others?

Now you know how to accept news. Next, you can use The Law Of Attraction to help you deal with any difficult situation. Just remember it is your response to the situation that either attracts what you want or attracts what you don't want.

Action Steps:
1. Think of some 'bad news' you recieved lately. Now try to ask the questions from above to help you change your view of the news to something more positive.
2. Rewrite a bad day you had lately. write it as if you got exactly what you wanted from that day.
